Flowers and birds have always been a main subject in my paintings. I refer to them in a spiritual sense and they are very rich in historical and modern symbolism. In ATDS the cactus trees have formed a figure embracing the light of truth. Thorn Apple (also known as gypsum weed) is hanging out on a couple branches, known to symbolize deceit,disguise, charming deception etc.
